Counsel for the applicant submits that since similar applications against the notices issued by the specially constituted committee, including, notices qua the properties of Golden Projects Limited and its subsidiaries, are already pending before Hon'ble the Supreme Court, therefore, the applicant be permitted to withdraw the present application, with liberty to avail remedy before Hon'ble the Supreme Court, at par with others.
Dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.
