(1)An application for renewal of permit shall be made three months before expiry of permit to the Director accompanied by renewal fee of rupees one thousand only.(2)The Director shall, after considering the requirements and conditions for operating ambulance van as specified in rule 15D, report as specified in sub-rule (2) of rule 15E and such other requirements as he deems fit, renew the permit before it's expiry.
