Two affidavits have been filed. One is a supplementary affidavit of the Bihar School Examination Board and the other is a counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent No. 7.
From the two affidavits, it is evident that the said regulation will govern the grant of affiliation to the institutions, imparting D.El.Ed. Course in the State of Bihar.
The said regulation has been approved by the State and notified by the Examination Board. They inform the Court that they will try to complete the process with regard to all such institutions, which will apply at the earliest, but preferably within a Patna High Court CWJC No.11089 of 2016 dt.20-12-2016 17 period of two months.
Be that as it may, all these writ applications now stand disposed off in view of the above developments.
