Section 11 in The Actuaries (Election To The Council) Rules, 2008
11. Preparation of lists of contesting Members .-(1) The list of contesting Member to be elected to the Council shall be in Form C and shall contain the particular set out therein.
(2)The names of the Member as per list prepared under sub-rule (1) shall be arranged alphabetically with complete address.(3)Every Member or his election agent shall forth with be forwarded the list of contesting Members to the Members with a specimen signature thereon by the Returning Officer.
