(3)Weights and measures purporting to be of the same denomination and standard as weights and measures prescribed by the Government under the Hyderabad Weights and Measures Act XIV of 1356 Fasli if they do not really correspond with those weights and measures, shall be deemed to be false weights and measures for the purpose of this section.
