Section 10(1) in The Orissa Kendu Leaves (Control of Trade) Rules, 1962
(1)Sums paid to any Samitis or Grama Panchayats in pursuance of Section 11 shall be credited to the funds belonging to the said local authorities respectively and the utilisation thereof shall be subject to the conditions herein provided.
