Section 42(2) in Birsa Munda Tribal University Act, 2017
(2)The Academic Council shall, by an appropriate resolution or resolutions, confer upon such persons, such degrees and award such diplomas and other academic distinctions and grant degree certificates as provided in the Statutes, who have passed an examination, at different times and have been declared qualified by the University to receive those degrees or diplomas or certificates.
