Section 33 in The Punjab Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1952
33. Parking arrangements
- (i) Such arrangements shall be made for the parking of motor cars and other vehicles in the vicinity of the buildings as the licensing authority may require.(ii)No vehicle shall be parked or allowed to stand in such a way as to obstruct exits or impede the rapid dispersal of the persons accommodated in the building in the event of fire or panic.
