Section 3(2)(d) in Andhra Pradesh Regulation of Admissions into Under Graduate Professional courses in Planning and Architecture (B. Arch, B. Planning and other related courses) Rules, 2006

(d)In case of Minority Professional Institutions, the seats shall be filled up by eligible candidates of the concerned Minority, as a percentage of total set as, should satisfy the minimum percentage norm as prescribed by the Government while according the minority status.
