Section 10(2)(ix) in The Orissa Supply and Sale of Stamps and Stamped Papers Rules, 1990

(ix)When all the stamps and stamped papers specified for destruction are completely destroyed by fire the officers referred to in Clause (vii) shall put their dated signatures in Column 7 of the Register of Stamps destroyed after mentioning the date of destruction in Column 6 thereof.
