Section 29(1) in Telangana State Private Universities (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2018
(1)All Ordinances other than the First Ordinances shall be made by the Academic Council which after being approved by the Board of Management shall be submitted to the Government for its information and publication in the Telangana Gazette.
