ORAL ORDER
4 21-08-2015The petitioner while seeking an enquiry into the functioning of the respondent Milk Federation also makes a prayer for holding a fresh election of the society.
Apart from the fact that no writ would lie in respect of a society,even otherwise in absence of any details as to the bungling or fraud so complained of by the petitioner, the writ petition cannot proceed. The petitioner if so advised may take recourse to such other remedy that may be available to him under the Patna High Court CWJC No.15316 of 2011 (4) dt.21-08-2015 2/2 provisions of the Cooperative Societies Act, 1935 by drawing the attention of the authority concerned in respect of the action complained of along with descriptive details and who may consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law.
The writ petition is disposed of.
