Section 44(3)(i) in Bihar State Universities (Patna, University of Bihar, Bhagalpur and Ranchi) Act, 1960

(i)Within six months of the receipt of the auditors' report under sub-section (2), the Senate shall appoint an ad hoc Committee consisting of the Examiner of Local Accounts, Bihar, and eight members of the Senate who are not members of the Syndicate.
