47. Inter-University disputes.
- If any dispute arises between the Universities incorporated under this Act, such dispute shall be resolved in the first instance by the Vice-Chancellors of the said Universities and in the event of failure of the Vice-Chancellors to arrive at an agreed solution with regard to any such dispute, the matter shall be referred to the Government and its decision thereon shall be final and binding.
