Section 64 in Arunachal Pradesh Urban and Country Planning Act, 2007
64. Protection of action taken in good faith.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or any rule or regulations made there under.
