Section 99(ii) in The U.P. Co-operative Societies Employees Service Regulations, 1975
(ii)While seeking approval of the Registrar under clause (i) the society shall intimate reasons for offering defence at the cost of the society and furnish such other information as the Registrar may require for disposal of the request of the society.
