Section 79(7) in The Maharashtra Narcotic Drags and Psychotropic Substances Rules, 1985
(7)No medicinal opium shall under any circumstances be sold or shall be allowed to be removed from the premises of the person to whom it has been issued, otherwise than as a part of a manufactured medicinal preparation, and no medicinal opium shall be used for purposes other than those specified in the application.
