Section 22 in Sikkim Sales Tax Act, 1983

22. Payment of fee.

- The amount of fees payable for any appeal or application made under this Act shall be such as may be prescribed:Provided that the amount of fees so prescribed shall not be less than a rupee and shall not exceed five hundred rupees Provided further that no fee shall be payable for any appeal or application filed by or on behalf of the State Government.
