Section 15(1) in The U.P. Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation Of Admission And Fixation Of Fee) Act, 2006
(1)If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Ordinance, the State Government may, by notified order, make such provisions not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as appears to it to be necessary or expedient, for removing the difficulty.
