After examination the totals of Deposits received and paid shall be posted into a Register to be kept by the District Judge in Form no. (A)-19. This register contains two sets of columns, one set relating to A-Deposits and other to B-Deposits. Separate portions of the Register for the month must be allotted to each Subordinate Court, that is, for each Subordinate Court a number of pages, according to the probable work, must be assigned in the leaves devoted to that particular month. The entries in respect of each Subordinate Court will thus come continuously and in order of date, and they must be totalled at the end of the month.
