Section 5(9) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Rules, 1975
(9)The Director of Education shall forward to the Secretary copies of all communications from a recognised School, intimating changes in managements and in the number, qualifications and the salaries of the teaching staff, the result of which, in his opinion, affects the fitness of the school for continued recognition by the Board.
