1. These motions are moved by the learned advocates for the respondents. It is mentioned that the learned senior advocates Shri N.M. Rao and Mr. S.V. Kanitkar, had assured this Court of being available on 13/12/2018, for working out these matters. It is on account of unavoidable circumstances that they are unable to come to Aurangabad, on the said date.
2. Learned advocate for the appellants has raised a grievance.
