Section 2(3)(f) in The Karnataka State Civil Services (Regulation of Transfer of Staff of Department of Technical Education) Act, 2012

(f)"Non-Teaching staff" means a person appointed to any category of non- teaching posts of Group-A, Group-B, Group-C or Group-D in various offices or Government Engineering Colleges or Government Polytechnics and Government Junior Technical Schools or Steric of the Department of Technical Education belonging to the State Civil Services and such other posts as specified in Schedule.
