32. Repeal of Mah. Ord. V of 1984 and saving.
(1)The Shivraj Fine Art Litho Works (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertaking) Ordinance, 1984, is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken including any rules made or any order or direction issued under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done, taken, made or issued, as the case may be, under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
