(2)[ In respect of intervene betting the Director shall within seven days from the date of each race meeting held at Guindy and within fifteen days from the date of each race-meeting held at Ootacamund, pay the amount of tax due in respect of the race-meetings to the Assistant Commissioner of Commercial Taxes having jurisdiction over the area in which such betting takes place.] [Added by G.O.P.
