2. This is an application for condonation of delay of 42 days in filing the appeal. Taking into consideration the short period of delay and the cause shown, we are inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the application is allowed.
3. It is submitted that a batch of connected writ appeals in W.A.Nos.3112, 3073, 2252 and 3234 of 2025, challenging the impugned order dated 02.06.2025, have been entertained and interim order has also been granted by this Court.
4. Mr.Roshan Balasubramanian, learned counsel, takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.R.T.L.Chandar, learned Senior Panel Counsel, takes notice for the second respondent.
