Respondent Nos.1 to 4 have already filed the counter affidavit.

Opportunity of respondent Nos.5 and 6 to file the counter affidavit has already been declined. Respondent No.7 has also failed to file the same, despite the warning of last opportunity. His opportunity also stands declined.

The petition stands complete. Registry to process to list the same before the Hon'ble Signature Not Verified Court, as per rules.
