(3)Chapters I and II shall come into force at once and the remaining provisions of this Act shall come into force on such [date] [1st August 1972 vide G.N.A. and C.D. No. KPS. 1072/4552-V6, dated 1st August, 1972.] as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
