Section 12(3) in Gujarat Primary Education Act, 1947
(3)The existing and future rights, liabilities, duties, and powers of the district local board in respect of such teachers or other persons so far as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act or the rules or regulations made thereunder shall vest in and be performed or exercised by the said district school board on and as from [the said date] [These words were substituted for the words 'date notified under sub-section (2)', by Bombay 8 of 1949, section 3.].
