Section 69(2) in The Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir
(2)For the purposes [of sub-section (1)] [Substituted by the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir (Eighteenth Amendment) Act, 1987.] a person shall not be deemed to hold an office of profit under the Government of India, the State Government or any other State Government within the Union of India, by reason only that he is a Minister, or a Deputy Minister.
