Section 28 in The Warehousing Corporations Act, 1962
28. Deposit account.
All moneys belonging to a Warehousing Corporation shall be deposited in the Reserve Bank or the State Bank [or any nationalised bank] [Inserted by Act 42 of 1976, Section 8, (w.e.f. 24-3-1976)] or, subject to any rules made under this Act, in [any other scheduled bank] [Substituted by Act 42 of 1976, Section 8, for "any scheduled bank] or co-operative bank.
