Section 13(1) in The Leaders of Opposition in Maharashtra Legislature Salaries and Allowances Act, 1978
(1)Without prejudice to any power to make rules or order contained elsewhere in this Act, the State Government may make rules or orders for carrying out the purposes of this Act.
