(1)Every complaint of allegation or wrong doing made against any officer or employee or agency under or associated with the Lokayukta for an offence punishable under the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (Central Act 49 of 1988). shall be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of this section.
