(2)Disputes relating to non-monetary claims - A fee of [Rs. 100.00] [Substituted vide Orissa Gazette Extraordinary No. 2182, Dated 26.11.2002.] on each plaint relating to non-monetary disputes.The fee may be paid by way of affixing of Court-fee stamp or may be deposited in the Treasury or Sub-Treasury in advance under proper head and the Treasury Challan shall be attached to the plaint.The fee is not refundable in case the dispute is withdrawn on compromise in the course of hearing.
