- The following shall be the authorities of the Cluster University :-(i)the University Council ;(ii)the Syndicate ;(iii)the Academic Council ;(iv)the Faculties ;(v)the Boards of Studies ;(vi)the Boards of Research Studies ;(vii)the Board of Inspection ; and(viii)such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the Cluster University.
