- Where in the opinion of the Chief Inspector of Mines, the conditions pertaining to a mine are such as to render compliance with any conditions contained in these regulations which are not reasonably practicable, he may by order in writing, and subject to such conditions as he may, specify therein grant exemption from the said provisions.
