Section 2(1)(g) in Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Recognition and Issuance of Renewable Energy Certificate for Renewable Energy Generation) Regulations, 2010

(g)"forbearance price" means the ceiling price as determined by the Commission in accordance with these regulations within which only the certificates can be dealt in the power exchange;
