Section 18(13) in Gujarat Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 2017
(13)Proper Maintenance of Trenches, Working Faces etc. - During the tenure of the quarry lease, the lessee shall take adequate steps to ensure that:(a)the height and width of trenches in open quarries are properly maintained to facilitate easy removal of the mineral and waste;(b)the working faces are always kept clean;(c)the minerals won are stacked in suitable dimensions and each stack is numbered; and(d)proper sanitation of the lease area is maintained.
