Section 17(i) in Chhattisgarh Minor Mineral Rules, 2015
(i)Take immediate measures for the plantation and maintenance of not less than twice the number of trees fallen as a result of Prospecting Operations in the sanctioned area or area nearby as approved by the Officer-in-charge of mining section of the concerned district;
