Section 14(2) in The Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Cluster University, Mandi, Himachal Pradesh (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2018
(2)The Chancellor shall, by virtue of his office, be the Head of the Cluster University and its Governing body. He shall, when present, preside over at any convocation of the Cluster University.
