Section 7(1) in The Bihar and Orissa Nurses Registration Act, 1935
(1)With the previous sanction of the [State] [Substituted by ALO.] Government, the Council-(a)shall appoint a Registrar,(b)may grant leave to such Registrar and appoint a person to act in his place; and(c)shall pay to the Registrar and to the person (if any) appointed to act in his place such salary and such allowances (if any) as the Council may determine.
