Section 10(3)(ii) in The Punjab School Education Board Employees (Punishment and Appeal) Regulations, 1978

(ii)The punishing authority shall after considering the representation, if any, made by the employee determine that penalty, if any should be imposed on the employee and make such orders as it may deem fit.
