(1)The provisions of the Limitation Act, 1963 (36 of 1963) shall be applicable to the suits triable by the Gram Nyayalaya.(2)The provisions of Chapter XXXVI of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974) shall be applicable in respect of the offences triable by the Gram Nyayalaya.
