Section 26(1) in Delhi Prisons (Transfer of Prisoner, Labour and Jail Industry, Food, Clothings and Sanitation) Rules, 1988
(1)With the exception of expenditure incurred by the Police escort, all the expenses connected with the transfer of prisons shall be borne by the Jail.
