Section 4(2) in The Chhattisgarh Primary Education Act, 1961
(2)Every order under sub-section (1) shall-(a)be published in the official Gazette and in such other manner as the State Government may decide;(b)be so made as to ensure that there is an interval of not less than one hundred and twenty days or such other interval as the State Government may, by notification, direct between the date of the publication of the order in the Official Gazette and the first day of the next academic year.
