Section 8(2) in West Bengal Backward Classes (Other than Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes) (Reservation of Vacancies in Services and Posts) Act, 2012
(2)Save as otherwise expressly provided in this Act, every officer referred to under sub-section (1) shall be the same officer as provided for in the West Bengal Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Reservation of Vacancies in Services and Posts) Act, 1976 (West Ben. Act XXV of 1976).
