(e)"Electricity Laws" means "The Indian Electricity Act, 1910" ,"The Electricity (Supply) Act, 1948", "The Electricity Regulatory Commissions Act, 1998", and "The Indian Electricity Rules, 1956" as amended from time to time and includes any statutory re-enactment thereof.
