Section 51(3) in The Workmen's Compensation Rules, 1924
(3)Where the agreement is for the redemption of half-monthly payments by the payments of a lump sum, and the Commissioner considers that the memorandum of agreement should not be recorded by reason of the inadequacy of the amount of such sum as fixed in the agreement, he shall record his estimate of the probable duration of the disablement of the workman.
