Section 72(1) in Uttar Pradesh Muslim Waqfs Act, 1960
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act and any rules that may be made in this behalf, a Tribunal shall follow the same procedure as is provided in the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (Act V of 1908), in regard to suits.
