Section 70(1) in The Jammu and Kashmir State Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1997
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Director of Marketing may perform such functions other than those prescribed by the Board under this Act, which would enable proper execution of the provisions of this Act.
